If you use bimatoprost, NSAID eye drops, or certain other products in combination with Xalatan, drug interactions could occur. These products can reduce the effectiveness of Xalatan or cause a precipitate to form. To decrease your risk of developing potentially negative Xalatan interactions, be sure to tell your healthcare provider about all other medications you are currently using.

Bimatoprost
Bimatoprost and Xalatan are very similar medications. Interestingly, using them together can make them less effective and may actually increase eye pressure. These medications should not be used together.
