Cosopt® (dorzolamide/timolol) is a medicine used to reduce eye pressure in people with chronic open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It comes in the form of an eye drop that is applied to the affected eye(s) twice a day. Most people tolerate it well; however, side effects are possible -- common ones include eye redness and a burning or stinging sensation in the eye.
